HOTEL RATES & INFORMATION

The hotel accommodation costs at the Amsterdam Marriott Hotel are not included in the conference or guest registration fees.  IPEBLA has reserved a block of rooms at the hotel from August 27 - August 30, 2022 (check out on August 31). Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Amsterdam Marriott Hotel will honour the preferential guest room rate three days prior and three days after the conference based on availability. If you wish to extend your stay please contact Taylor Green (taylor@redstoneagency.ca) and she will assist.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS - IMPORTANT
All hotel reservations made through the IPEBLA guest room block are subject to the following cancellation policy as per the hotel; please note, those using the room block should plan carefully!

1. Guests are able to cancel their room without charges until 1st of July 2022. After this date the following cancellation charges are applicable:
• From 8th of August 2022 up to 15 days prior to the first day of arrival the guest agrees to pay 50% of the booked room night commitment at the agreed upon group rate.
• From 14 days to day of arrival the guest agrees to pay 100% of the contracted room night commitment at the agreed upon group rate.
