STRUCTURE      

IPEBLA’s Sixteenth International Conference in Prague, Czech Republic, May 28-31, 2017, will be a working conference, giving common and civil law lawyers from different countries the opportunity to discuss current domestic and international issues affecting their practice in pension, executive compensation and related employee benefits fields. Attendees must be lawyers.  In the past attendees have been lawyers in private practice, in-house counsel, government lawyers and lawyers in teaching or research at a university. This conference provides unique networking opportunities for lawyers practicing or interested in this area of the law. During the three days of the IPEBLA International Conference there will be plenary sessions and related workshops. These sessions and workshops will focus on topics of regional and worldwide interests and are designed to encourage delegate participation. 

LANGUAGE   

The language of the conference will be English. All conference papers should be in English. If a paper cannot be submitted in English and is submitted in another language, a short summary must be provided in English.

DRESS CODE

Dress code for the conference sessions during the day will be casual (no ties or jackets necessary).  Dress for evening activities will be casual for the Sunday evening welcome reception and dinner, casual for Monday night and business dress for the gala dinner on Tuesday evening. 

HOTEL RATES & RESERVATIONS

The hotel accommodation costs at the Hilton Prague Old Town Hotel are not included in the conference or guest registration fees.  IPEBLA has reserved a block of rooms at the hotel from May 28 through May 31, 2017. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
