HOTEL RATES & INFORMATION

The hotel accommodation costs at the Hilton Milan are not included in the conference or guest registration fees.  IPEBLA has reserved a block of rooms at the hotel from May 25 (check in on Saturday) to May 30, 2024 (check out on Thursday). Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Hilton Milan will honour the preferential guest room rate three days prior and three days after the conference based on availability. The negotiated IPEBLA preferential room rates are €199 - €229 per night plus 10% VAT and plus €5 Milan city tax per room per night.

Hotel rates include internet and breakfast.

Check-in time is from 15h00; and check-out time is before 12h00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and approval by the hotel's front desk. The hotel will charge an early check-in fee of half price of the room and a late check-out fee of half price of the room. Attendees wishing to avoid a late check-out fee should advise the hotel, at check-in, of any need for an extended check-out time.

Reservation requests will be subjected to a total payment upon departure from each delegate, at IPEBLA rate for the room category requested, and will be subject to the Hotel terms and conditions. The delegates are responsible for settling their own stay, including incidental charges and Milano City Tax upon departure.

In case of cancellations and or reductions received after the check-in, delegates will be charged the amount of the cancelled / reduced nights.

The Hotel will charge the attendees an Early Departure Fee equivalent to the daily room rate for those who depart prior to their confirmed departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS - IMPORTANT

In case of cancellations and/or reductions received after the reservation, participants will be charged the amount of the cancelled / reduced nights.

If a delegate books a room and they do not show up for their hotel reservation, they will be charged to the total amount of the pre-booked stay (100%).

Early Departure Fees. The Hotel will charge to each individual guest an Early Departure Fee equivalent to the daily room rate for those who depart prior to their confirmed departure date.
